[报告] Empowering the Intelligent Workplace How HR Can Drive AI Adoption with Confidence and Care

The 2025 HRCI report Empowering the Intelligent Workplace reveals a striking reality: artificial intelligence is already deeply embedded in HR work, yet organizational support has not kept pace. Based on surveys of more than 1,500 HR professionals, the report shows that over 75% are using AI weekly or daily, primarily for content creation, analysis, and workflow support. Despite this rapid adoption, nearly 60% report receiving little or no formal AI training, and most feel largely on their own when learning how to apply AI responsibly.

The report positions HR at a critical inflection point. AI is not replacing HR roles but augmenting them—automating routine work while elevating the need for human judgment, ethical oversight, and strategic decision-making. HRCI emphasizes that organizational encouragement and training significantly reduce AI anxiety and accelerate effective adoption. Without a clear AI strategy, companies risk falling behind.

Ultimately, the report calls on HR leaders to move beyond experimentation and take ownership of AI governance, capability-building, and responsible implementation, ensuring AI strengthens both organizational performance and trust in the workplace.
